Talent Day and Hybrid Tution

Two-Day Talent Day Program (August 13-14) for the 2024-26 Batch**

Our institution organized a two-day Talent Day program on August 13 and 14 for the newly admitted B.Ed batch of 2024-26. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their individual abilities and group performances, fostering creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.

### **Day 1: Talent Showcase and Hybrid Tuition Program**
On the first day, students participated in various individual and group performances, including singing, dancing, dramatics, and other forms of artistic expression. The performances allowed students to display their unique talents and bond with their peers through teamwork and collective creativity. The program highlighted the diversity of skills present in the new batch and created a sense of community among the students.

In addition to the Talent Day activities, a special mentorship initiative called “Hybrid Tuition” was conducted. This program facilitated interaction between B.Ed students and ISS Senior Secondary School students. The B.Ed students took on the role of mentors, providing academic guidance and support to the secondary school students. This mentorship program was conducted in a hybrid format, combining both in-person and online interactions, and served as a practical learning experience for the B.Ed students, enhancing their teaching skills while helping the younger students improve academically.

### **Day 2: Talent Performances**
The second day of the Talent Day program continued with more performances, focusing on group activities that emphasized teamwork and collaboration. Students participated in skits, group dances, and musical performances, demonstrating their collective creativity and ability to work together toward a common goal. The performances were well-received, and the day concluded with appreciation for the students’ efforts and the talents they displayed.

The two-day Talent Day program for the 2024-26 batch was a resounding success. It provided an excellent opportunity for students to express their individual and group talents, fostering personal growth and confidence. Additionally, the Hybrid Tuition program on the first day allowed B.Ed students to engage in meaningful mentorship with secondary school students, further enhancing their teaching experience. The event was a well-rounded celebration of talent, collaboration, and mentorship.
