Introduction
In the present educational context, communication skills are recognized as an essential competency for teachers-in-training. To enhance the verbal, non-verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities of B.Ed students, ISS College of Teacher Education organized a Communication Skill Development Program. The program aimed to equip future educators with the skills needed to communicate effectively in classrooms, professional environments, and everyday interactions.
